Summer Rain Recordings

The Blonde Ninja, known by his parents as Bobby Thiele(b. 1983), first became passionate about electronic music after hearing the song “Bornslippy,” by Underworld featured in the movie Trainspotting. He has a degree in psychology which uses to serve individuals with traumatic brain injuries and mental illness while concurrently producing music.

The Blonde Ninja has also released a full length album with musical partner Just Mike on Labelless records entitled “Instrument 12.” He enjoys listening to music ranging from Aphex Twin and Squarepusher to Jody Wisternoff and Harald Bjork. After his EP deal with Summer Rain, his next goal is to travel with his girlfriend internationally playing the music he loves at places he’s never seen.
