Tepui grew up in Venezuela, he was always into playing instruments with bands, he studied harmony with top musicians in south America such as Emilio Mendoza, he started taking interest in British psychedelic rock bands like Pink Floyd and others, this psychedelic music inspired him to go and study music technology in the UK, so he started taking interest in the electronic music scene that was taking over in Europe, during his time traveling in Europe, he was inspired by artists like Four Tet, Bonobo, Amon Tobin and others, so he started to combine Caribbean roots, psychedelic rock and European electronica to create an unique style of music.

After Tepui return to live in south America he was very inspired to write music for nature, trying to inspire people to fall in love with nature and live in harmony with it. He has been traveling to places barely touch by humanity to get inspiration for his compositions to be able to carry the message he believes has been appointed to him.
